TOUCH is a non-profit charitable organization in Singapore. It was formally incorporated in 1992 and has been a member of the National Council of Social Service since 1994. TOUCH has reached out to many people of all religions and races, including children, young people, families, people with special health care needs, and the elderly. Their multidisciplinary care team works closely with residents and their families, as well as the community, to improve the health of their residents and enrich their quality of life. The goal of the Center is to provide comprehensive care for people with disabilities, including special children and their families, the implementation of modern technology, and comprehensive rehabilitation programs. The Center’s programs are based on the use of innovative methods, including those developed by specialists from the best team.
