The Therapy Room prides itself as a centre that incorporates different psychological techniques to manage the client’s concerns in the most effective way. We offer a range of psychological services and therapeutic interventions for both children and adults, such as those with mood disorders, developmental disorders, grief and bereavement, addictive behaviours, and marital issues. We also conduct psychological testings such as intelligence and achievement tests. Monthly support groups are conducted for the bereaved mothers who have lost their children through suicide as well as for professionals in related fields to ensure their mental well-being and emotional resilience as they work with vulnerable clients. Not limited to the above, The Therapy Room also aims to spread the knowledge of psychology at both professional and school settings. Together as a team, we have conducted various workshops, trainings, and talks at organizations and schools. In addition, Camp Global is a trademarked program of The Therapy Room which is held biannually. It is a three-day camp for young children and it aims to cultivate mindfulness, stress management and resilience, social skills, and goal-setting using psychotherapeutic techniques in a lighthearted and enjoyable setting.
