The banana leaf is a landmark in Singapore. A good cafe of Indian cuisine, conveniently located and open 24 hours a day. The inside is clean and the cooking is fast. This restaurant is open 24 hours, but don’t expect all menu items to be available at all times. This restaurant is famous for its briani rice. Good wholesome, homemade food, most of which is served on a banana leaf. Service is fast and friendly. A wide variety of local and western cuisine. It’s good value for money, not a touristy place at all. If you are very hungry, lots of rice in the chicken mutton! No sides except for some slices of cucumber and pineapple, so take your veggies separately! Definitely worth a look if you happen to be in the area.
