Su Yuan Vegetarian

A vegetarian – or rather, vegan and raw food – cafe in Singapore. The menu includes vegetables, lots of leaves, tempeh, tofu, buckwheat, greens and sprouts, avocados, hummus of two kinds, bread baked without the use of industrial yeast, falafel, roo-falafel, and roo-mayonnaise. The kitchen is staffed exclusively by vegans, so you don’t have to worry about the purity of the idea. Kashi with fruit, vegetarian pilaf, and falafel is tasty, although you can’t call them works of culinary art. Sometimes they don’t even make soup in time for dinner. Another thing is that the restaurant is a shining example of how even in Singapore you can make a rare cozy place for three pennies. The owners, profess the principles of a fair division of labor and income. There is a flower DJ who fiddles with pots and turns on songs, and coffee is poured by ideologically close gourmets.
