A Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory & Cow Cow Kitchen specializing in cookies made from Hokkaido Jersey rich milk, French Guérande salt, and Camembert cheese. It should be in line, at least in the early days. Since 2011, the brand has sold about 58 million cookies worldwide. First introduced in Japan in 2016, Cow Cow Ice is literally their own made cream. Made with premium ingredients like real Jersey milk, cream cheese, and Hokkaido Gouda cheese. There are 3 flavors in all: cow milk, cow cheese, and cow twist (milk and cheese). The ingredients are sourced from around the world – rosemary honey from Spain, gorgonzola from Italian blue cheese, and white mushroom from Italy. First introduced in Japan in 2018 in Senju, Tokyo, China, Tokyo Cow Cow Kitchen is Singapore’s first dedicated cow pie concept, providing a fresh take on cheese and dairy confectionery with cereal and plump cow’s milk pies made with Mascarpone cheese from Hokkaido Hills and rich cream from farms in France.
