The place looks pretty interesting from the outside, the menu looks appealing, and the location is reminiscent of a fast-food restaurant rather than a formal restaurant. The best Indian food in the East End. Transfers one of the larger parts of the family – camaraderie, and service – focused on the dining scene. They decided to change the name to “Zaffron” – how subtle! Great food and environment. Surprisingly well-marinated food cooked with excellent texture. Recommend ordering dum briyani – the rice is so flavorful and delicious Palek paneer (spinach) is also super good.
