Roland Restaurant is a Chinese restaurant in Singapore known for its seafood dishes. Mr. Roland Lim, the owner, is actually the son of the founder of the famous Chilean crab, which, naturally, is the restaurant’s specialty. The front desk, main dining room, and private rooms are very spacious, bright, and clean. The servers are pleasant and friendly. The seafood dishes are exceptional! Highly recommend the super crispy Chinese donuts stuffed with squid paste, flavorful white pepper crab, juicy chili pepper crab, and crispy salted egg fish skin. Popular souvenirs include well-packaged salted egg skins with yam strips, which sell for 19 Singapore dollars (or $13.6) per jar.
