Located on the top floor, this hotel’s buffet restaurant offers a beautiful view of Singapore’s coastline, unnoticed by most. They offer an impressive selection of dishes, given the small size of the restaurant, and their dessert corner has very impressive seasonal offerings. The plump Canadian oysters were divine and only slightly overshadowed by the plentiful lobster. I recommend the Thai lobster sauce and arrive at 12 noon to get a real feel and experience everything on offer. This buffet is open seven days a week, but the staff reported that oysters are only offered for Sunday brunch.
