Typical healthy salad bar with vegan protein options – falafel and roasted portobello mushrooms (+ $1). Be sure to try creating your own warm salad bar ($11) with 1 base (half cauliflower rice and half quinoa lentils), 1 warm protein (falafel) and 4 toppings (broccoli, edamame, mushrooms, and tofu). Service was always top-notch. The staff looks extremely nice to serve you, always give you cutlery. Great salads and sandwiches at reasonable prices and large portions. Close to the Orchard subway station in the food hall. Great for a quick lunch or snack!
