While there is an excellent restaurant courtyard in the basement of Terminal 3 in Changi, if you want something a little more upscale in a quieter atmosphere, go to the mezzanine above the check-in area. This restaurant features table service and a good menu of well-prepared dishes. This is a good restaurant where you can relax and eat well while waiting for your flight or to dispatch/select someone. It is located in the terminal hall itself for public access. The restaurant is clean with nice music. The staff is clean and friendly. Very good value for money and dishes are prepared wisely.
