In Singapore, where a modern restaurant is a very competitive place, there are many such “tall” Chinese restaurants. Kai Garden is one of them, great service, great food. Dim sum is fantastic, and the a la carte dinners are also very good! Wonderful dim sum, very different from the usual stuff. Carrot cake XO, Xiangjiang long Bao, crispy Cheong interesting dark gray buns and random work siew so and cutlet noodles great! Good service, quality food for the price. Peking duck is designed with different sauces and different seasoned pancakes, which is unusual.
