A Singaporean chain that used to use only Cantonese food and branched out into other cuisines, such as Chinese food. As the name suggests, La Mian and Xiaolongbao are specials. This Crystal Jade store has good noodles, especially the spicy and sour soup. They definitely know how to bring their dim sum to perfection. The Shanghai pork buns are a must. Delicately fluffy and sunny-side up meaty. Try the Spring Rolls, too. If you like congee or porridge made the Cantonese way for dinner, then their version is right up there with it.
