Prices at Beer O’Clock are the best in Singapore for alcohol and the customer service is always fantastic! Great place to meet friends, great customer service and prices! They have a happy hour there that works by the clock on the clock – at 2pm, a pint at 2 Singapore dollars, at 3pm, 2 Singapore dollars, and so on. There are Carling, Hahn Superdry checkers, and a number of bar bites. I recommend the popcorn chicken, which is a little spicy but has a nice coating of dried flour. Eat it while it’s hot and you can’t stop! Wash it down with a pint or a tower or work off the calories at the pool table. There’s a promotion that means the earlier you come for a pint, the less you’ll pay. They play easy listening music on the stereo, so it’s age-appropriate. Close to Regis Park and within walking distance of Chinatown or Fort Canning, it’s nicely tucked away but still accessible.
