Hand In Hand was founded in Singapore in 2004. This small eatery is a little off the radar, but it serves juicy snacks (aka guotie/gyozas), meat soup dumplings (aka xiao long bao), and crispy beef buns (aka roubao). The appetizers are also worth trying, although the mains can be skipped. Dine here if you want to experience a little slice of Beijing in Singapore without hurting your wallet. Their Xio Long Pau (pork dumplings) is much better than the famous Taiwanese chain restaurants in Singapore. In any case, it’s a good place for Chinese traditional snacks without landing in China.
