Hillman Restaurants has a long and illustrious history, dating back to the Singapore scene in 1960. It started back in Canton Road and has a branch in Pasir Panjan Road. It’s been years since we’ve fallen so strongly that we plan to spend our weekend dinner here Sunday night. You can eat breakfast and relax here, and they serve traditional local fare in the middle of the restaurant. No luxury lanes and chairs are placed next to each other to optimize shared dining. Don’t forget to order. This has a street level and another space upstairs, still no more than 30 tables. Hillman Restaurant is a good experience if you are looking for good food, this is one place near Little India, all food in general, very good, but one of the best is the paper chicken, tender, juicy and with lots of flavor, choice of mouth bar. Come and try it, never disappointed and try different dishes
